• A non refundable 50 % deposit at time of booking - balance to be paid on arrival.

• Breakfast from 7am 30 am until 9 am 30.

• Bedrooms to be vacated from 10 am.

• We do not accept pets.

• Baby equipment is available on request at time of booking (travel cot, changing table, small bath, pushchair...

• no smoking house
